Surge anticipating / pressure relief valve for water and neutral liquids up to 70°C. The AVK Series 869 diaphragm-operated valve automatically monitors and relieves excess pipeline pressure to protect against sudden pressure surges and water hammer. The valve opens when system pressure exceeds the configured high-pressure set point.
